Within 4 months of allotment : 15% of License Fee
Within 8 months of allotment : 15% of License Fee
Within 12 months of allotment : 15% of License Fee
Within 14 months of allotment : 15% of License Fee
Within 16 months of allotment : 10% of License Fee
