·Lease Rent (one time) @ Rs.37/- per sq. ft. of Super Area is payable extra. No extra charges except on account of additional fire safety norms and enhanced Lease Rent or Charges, if any as stipulated by any Government Agency.
·Charges on account of Electric Connection Charge @ Rs.30/- per sq.ft. of Super Area, Fire Fighting Charges @ Rs.35/- per sq. ft. of Super Area and cost of Centralized Communication System @ Rs.5000/- per apartment shall be payable extra. In addition, charges on account of external electrification work as demanded by Noida Power Company Ltd., are payable extra.
·One covered car parking along with the apartment shall be mandatory.
·Power back- up without extra cost upto 5 Kw shall be provided.
·Common Maintenance Charges (Two year in advance) @ Rs. 1.75 per sq.ft. per month shall be payable extra. In addition, sinking fund will be created, payable extra. Deposit for Renovation of External Facade of the building shall be Rs. 25/- per sq ft. of the Super Area.
·Company would pay charges @Rs.5/- per sq. ft. per month for any delay attributable to the inability of the company subject to Force Majeure on the handing over of the apartment beyond the committed Period of 18 Months from the date of signing of Terms & Conditions of Allotment. Similarly, the allottee(s) would also be liable to pay holding charges @Rs.5/- per sq. ft. of Super Area per month if the allottee(s) fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issuance of the notice of possession.
