5.             If I purchase a Studio Apartments at CEYANE TOWER, how do I utilize & manage it ?

If you buy a Studio Apartments at CEYANE TOWER you can choose between 3 Management Models namely :

A.     Capitalisation Model – the “100% CASH BACK” Scheme.

B.     Pure Ownership Model.

C.     Profit Sharing Model.


 

6.             If I buy Studio Apartments at CEYANE TOWER under Capitalisation Model, how does “ 100% CASH BACK” Scheme work ?

Once you have purchase your Studio Apartment you can capitalize your investment by simply choosing the “ 100% CASH BACK” scheme. This scheme provides you an assured return of 12% Per Annum (Guaranteed for 100 Months / 8 Years & 4 Months) on your investment eg. If you purchase a Studio Apartment of 475 Sq.Ft., for Rs 21 Lacs, You would receive Rs 21,000/- Per Month (Paid Annually through Post Dated Cheques) for a guaranteed period of 100 Months. Thereafter you can either opt to retain the apartment for self use / self leasing or choose our profit Sharing Model.

7.             If I buy under Pure Ownership Model, do I get any assured returns on my investment ?

On purchasing the Studio Apartment under pure Ownership Model, You Still Get an assured return on your investment of 6% Per Annum from us, till possession of the apartment & thereafter you can utilize the apartment for self use.

               

The only other cost you pay are the monthly maintenance charges, which include monthly Housekeeping Service, Cable & Internet Connectivity Charges, Electricity & Power Back Up Expenses etc. Payable once the possession is handed over to you.

8.             How about if I choose the profit Sharing Model, How Dose that work?

If you purchase a Studio Apartment under the Profit Sharing Model, You not only get to have an assured return on your investment of 6 % per annum till possession and but also get the benefit of receiving 60 % share of the profits generated by leasing the said apartment of SUPERTECH or its nominated agency who’ll operate these apartments as fully serviced facility.

Illustratively, in case the net apartment income for an apartment is say Rs. 50,000/- for the month in that case you shall receive a 60% share of this profit i.e. Rs. 30,000/- for that particular month.
